When I first started dieting and trying to cut fat I would starve myself and do tons of cardio, thinking that it was the best way to get my abs to show.But no matter how hard I trained I didn’t see the results I was looking for.I was so frustrated because I lost all the muscle that I had and I ended up becoming skinny fat.

The training I was doing at the time just wasn’t sustainable long term.After this phase of my life I decided I needed to change what I was doing…So I started to do more bodybuilding style training.I gained quite a lot of muscle, but I didn’t know how to shred the fat for that lean, defined look.

Do I need access to a gym to work with you?

Yes, you need access to a gym. I’m going to completely transform your body and for that to happen you need access to gym equipment. I can’t promise you amazing results without it.

How soon will I start losing weight?

My goal for everyone of my clients is to help them get sustainable results where they lose fat and are able to keep it off forever. The speed of results is different for everyone, but you can expect to see results in the first few weeks of working with me.

How is this coaching program different from any other program?

My program is based on precision metrics which means I track and measure every metric related to your fitness goals. This way, we both know exactly what you need to do to achieve your dream body. Most fitness coaches don’t track the metrics that I track and when their clients eventually reach a plateau they have no idea why. But with me, you’ll see consistent progress towards your goals as long as you execute the game plan.

What will I learn while working with you?

You’ll learn how to use my precision metrics process to achieve and maintain your goal physique without having to spend your entire life in the gym or giving up the foods you love.

How exactly do you help?

I will personally coach you, one on one. I will design a program that is personalized to your goals, needs and schedule. I will check in with you daily to help you stay consistent with the plan. You’ll get access to my coaching app where I track your diets and workouts so I can make needed adjustments to your program.

Will I get support if I reach a plateau?

Yes, I track your progress daily. If I see that you’re not making progress I’ll make adjustments to your program that will get you back on track.

Do I get a step by step blueprint for reaching my goals?

Yes, no matter what your goal is I will build you a personalized program that is clearly laid out for you step-by-step. You’ll also get direct, daily access to me and your program will get regular adjustments based on your progress.

I’m older, will this work for me?

Absolutely, you’ll get results regardless of your age. I’ve had many clients in all different age ranges and they’re all seeing amazing results.

Can I still eat out?

Of course, I have a specific strategy to help my clients achieve results whilst still eating out. And I make adjustments to your program based on how often you do.

Will I have to crash diet when working with you?

No, my goal is to give you the tools and skills you need to achieve your fitness goals and sustain them long-term. I want to help you develop the habits that will make reaching your dream physique as fun and enjoyable as possible.

I have a weird work schedule, will I still be able to work with you?

Absolutely, regardless of your schedule I can make adjustments in the program to suit you.

I travel a lot, will I still see results working with you?

Yes, as long as you have access to a gym you will see results. I know it can be difficult to stick to a program whilst traveling so I’ll make adjustments to suit your lifestyle.
